The takeaway
Okta is introducing new administrators for the health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA) and commuter benefits in 2024.
Now all of your savings accounts will be in one place and your spending accounts in another:
- Forma—the administrator for Okta’s HSA—will be replaced by Fidelity, effective January 1, 2024.
- Forma—the administrator for Okta’s FSAs and commuter benefits—will be replaced by HealthEquity, effective January 1, 2024.
This page outlines what you need to know, do, and where to go to learn more.
Health savings account (HSA)
If you enrolled in a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) with an HSA for 2024, Fidelity will be your HSA administrator. You should already be familiar with Fidelity as they administer our 401(k) retirement savings plan. This means, effective January 1, 2024, you can now access both accounts in one place.
