Make sure to follow these simple steps before making your enrollment decisions. There’s no one-size-fits all solution to your benefits.

Okta offers you easy access to many resources and online tools to help you research your options and choose what’s best for you.

  1. Review the custom benefit lessons on LearnLux to learn more about our benefit offerings.
  2. Review the monthly costs for benefits and verify your doctor is in network.
  3. Decide if you want to contribute to a flexible spending account or health savings account. Note: You are only eligible to contribute to a health savings account when enrolled in a Okta HDHP + HSA medical plan.
  4. Decide if you want to increase your automatic 4% 401(k) plan contribution. The IRS allows you to contribute much more.
  5. Decide if you want to purchase discounted Okta stock through the employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). The window opens twice each year.
  6. Consider the supplemental insurance benefits and protection plans offered to you—like extra life insurance for you and your family, auto or home insurance, and identity theft protection.
