Okta-provided funds to support your needs
Okta-provided funds to support your needs
Okta provides you with money for reimbursing your eligible expenses related to fertility healthcare and adoption.
The company may reimburse you for 100% of your eligible expenses, up to $5,000 annual maximum. Expenses for you and/or your spouse or domestic partner are combined. Please note that some banks may charge an international transfer fee.
Review the Carrot benefit guide for more details and frequently asked questions about eligible fertility treatment and adoption expenses.
Travel expenses for reproductive care
Travel expenses for reproductive care
As it becomes increasingly difficult and possibly dangerous to access reproductive care in the U.S., we’re committed to helping our employees. We have partnered with Carrot to offer funds towards travel expenses for any U.S. employees who may need to travel to obtain reproductive care as well as access to unlimited virtual visits with emotional support experts. Then, if you'd like to use your Carrot funds for travel expenses or any other eligible care, you can create a Carrot Plan and submit your itemized statements for reimbursement.
Milk shipping
Milk shipping
You can use your employer-sponsored funds to cover shipping or transportation costs for human milk. That may include storing/carrying milk while traveling and shipping milk home to the baby.
Eligible Expenses:
- Shipping fees from shipping companies (e.g., Milk Stork, FedEx, UPS)
- Shipping/transportation materials and supplies (e.g., dry ice, styrofoam cooler, storage bags)
- Kits for milk shipping or travel
Ineligible Expenses:
- Milk pumps
- Freeze-drying milk for long-term storage
